Proposed Canderel Development at 545 Lakeshore Blvd. West.
BQNA has been actively involved in providing feedback and gaining community input relating to the Canderel development application to the City for the former Rogers site. A BQNA sub-committee was created in the fall 2018 to explore affordable housing options and to ensure the development fits within the existing neighbourhood plan. Please refer to the document enclosed which was created by the BQNA sub-committee and distributed to building’s boards and staff and to elected government representatives at all levels and to the city’s planning staff.
