Have your say – take the Toronto Island Ferry Passenger Experience Survey

Writer: BQNABQNA

Invitation from the City to take part in the Toronto Island Park Ferry Passenger Experience Survey. The survey is open till March 19, 2025.

The City of Toronto is committed to continuous improvement of ferry services for visitors and residents to Toronto Island Park. As you know, as a major component of this effort, the City is building two new larger and faster electric ferries that will replace existing vessels in 2026 and 2027.

In advance of the delivery of these vessels, the City introduced in 2024 improvements to Jack Layton Ferry Terminal and Centre Island dock and will be following up with additional improvements in 2025 in the areas of comfort, signage and customer service.

To support our continuous improvement efforts, the City is seeking feedback directly from Toronto residents and visitors on experiences with the ferry service and additional ways of improving the service.

Please take the survey and spread the word within your community. The survey is open till March 19, and can be found at the link below. The survey is anonymous and takes about 10 minutes.

The results will be shared across all the teams delivering ferry service and related infrastructure and programs, to inform our work. And there will be future feedback opportunities to continuously benchmark our services and seek public input on improvements.
