Transition plan for the now closed shelter at 545 Lake Shore
The 545 Lake Shore Blvd. W. Shelter is now closed to clients. The site will be returned to the Landlord on September 30, 2026. As part of the transition plan, there will be outreach services available as outlined below.

The City of Toronto has made the decision not to renew the lease at the 545 Lake Shore site, and the shelter services will be responsibly and compassionately wound down by September 2026.
